Description

I drew Mei as a Pokemon trainer for a (maybe) upcoming series soon

I did a lot of experimenting in this drawing, I tried to draw in a sort of KyoAni style, and I also tried to draw her in a sort of bird eye view- I like how it turned out! c: I would love critique on this ^^

I made it with Paint Tool SAI, Edited it with Photoshop, and I used Wacom Intuos Pro medium tablet.

So the picture is pretty nice and enjoyable to see. I noticed some issues though:

The perspective is not entirely successful. The top of the body is correct but there is a problem with the legs. I think that the tibias should be less visibe because of the angle.

Whereas the hand in the right is correct, the one in the left is too small and its position is weird.
It seems that there is some shadow on the ground ? It it way too soft, it is too bad 'cause it was a good idea.

That being said, the colors are good, the clothes are nice but what I like the most about this picture is that you took a risk with the "bird view" and that is cool.
